Description
Our Marula Midnight starts with a deep red velvet cookie, soft in the middle and a little crisp at the edges. We fold in creamy white chocolate chips, then fill the centre with a silky Amarula cream cheese filling. The cream cheese adds a gentle tang, and the Amarula brings its caramel and marula-fruit warmth.
It’s rich, indulgent and unmistakably South African. It’s the cookie to treat yourself with after a long day, or to share (if you’re feeling generous).
