Our Peppermint Crispmas is a giant chocolate cookie, rich and fudgy, with crushed Peppermint Crisp folded right through the dough. In the centre we tuck a whole piece of Peppermint Crisp, so every bite hits that cool, minty crunch. The outside is rolled in red and green vermicelli, so it looks as festive as it tastes.
