Fresh takes a little time. Order any time, any day. Allow 1–3 days for processing and baking before dispatch. Courier transit time is additional; your collection notification will tell you when your cookies have arrived.

What exactly is Pudo locker delivery?
Pudo is a nationwide network of smart delivery lockers powered by The Courier Guy. Instead of waiting at home for a delivery van, you collect your Bitten Cookies box from a secure locker near you.
Choose somewhere that suits your routine, then collect within the deadline in your Pudo notification. Check your chosen location’s opening hours before heading out.
How do I choose my locker?
At checkout, choose Pudo locker collection and select the locker most convenient for you — near home, work or somewhere along your daily route.
Your selected locker is the delivery destination. The street address requested at checkout is a separate backup address for the courier; it does not replace your locker choice.
How will I know when my cookies are ready to collect?
Once your parcel is ready at the locker, Pudo sends a collection notification by SMS or email with your unique collection code and instructions. Check that your cell number and email address are correct at checkout.
Wait for that notification before going to the locker — an order confirmation from Bitten does not mean your parcel has arrived yet.
How do I actually open the locker?
Go to the locker named in your notification, follow the instructions on its screen and enter your unique PIN, or scan the QR code if one is provided. The door will open so you can collect your Bitten Cookies box.
Take your parcel and close the locker door afterwards. Then comes the good part.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We recommend collecting on day one. Our cookies are baked fresh with no preservatives, so the sooner you collect them, the better.
Always follow the collection deadline in your Pudo SMS or email. If that window expires, the parcel may be moved to a nearby Courier Guy depot and further delivery charges may apply. Contact us if you have missed the deadline or your code is not working.
Will my cookies be safe and fresh in the locker?
We pack our cookies snugly in sturdy boxes to help protect them on the journey. Collect as soon as you can, especially on hot South African summer days, to keep those chocolate and caramel centres at their best.

How much does delivery cost?
Pudo locker delivery costs R69 for 2, 3 or 6 cookies. Order 9 or more cookies and delivery is FREE.
